On Wednesday, October 8, MCE participated in National Walk to School Day.
Staff, administration, students and parents gathered in a nearby park before the first bell, to walk the half mile to school as a group.
Upon arrival, the group enjoyed a light, continental breakfast and Principal Amanda Riedl thanked everyone for their participation in the morning's event.
